All vehicle rentals at Car Hire Darlington are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive at the time of booking confirmation or vehicle pickup. This document outlines the terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your obligations related to the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

The balance and a security deposit are generally required upon vehicle pickup. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Prohibited Activities
Prohibited vehicle uses:
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including racing or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle to others or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose, and passengers must not exceed specified limits. Driving beyond the agreed geographical boundaries without prior permission is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Darlington will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business that may arise from your use of our services. Our liability for any claims is limited to the total amount paid for the rental in the past 12 months.
